Todays back workout: Deadlifts 3 sets of warm up increasing weight with each set 3 sets heavy until failure Underhand rows 4 sets 10 reps increasing weight each set, heavy Reverse grip Lat pulls 4 sets 14,12,10 ,8 reps Wide grip straight arm pull downs 4 sets 15-12 reps. Thanks to my younger brother Shawn Johnson for giving me tips and your workouts..... I share with all my buddies. :)
