Todays conditioning piece was a long interval workout (42min) of snatches, dubs, rowing and Burpees. CrossFit is about increasing your sustainable work capacity and a big part of that is working your lungs, often and for longer periods. For me, these are not my favorite workouts, but it allows me to increase volume in training without risking frying my CNS. Think of it as the broccoli you have to eat to get your ice cream!
