Todays hits... spiced apple crepes with raw whipped cream for breakfast and meatloaf the yummiest meat free! Dont get me wrong, I love my steaks but had leftover quinoa to use up. I totally made this up: I used cupscooked quenoa, 4 eggs, fresh parsley, grated carrot, onion, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and sauerkraut... yes sauerkraut. I remember a while ago looking at a recipe for quenoa cakes and it called for lemon pepper so I thought to use a little sauerkraut in this recipe and it tasted like a good tasty meatloaf! My daughter said she could have it every night!
