Two tall dishes of this were popped into the nuker for a minute each, then served over Tillamook medium cheddar shreds toasted into a gleaming slick over Osem Israeli matzah, which in sheer abundant flavor ranks somewhere between MRE cracker and drown this in fish, vegetables, and cheese, STAT! Call it fish on a shingle. Actually damned good.
