Todays random thoughts... In this day and age of instant gratification, instant shipping, a customer-centered market, and the freedom and ease available to anyone to start a small business ---- its more than ever important to remember customer service still tops the list. A sale / transaction / service offering / whatever applies to your business, does NOT end when you receive compensation for whatever it is that youre selling. Not responding or following up with a concern AFTER the transaction has happened, is a big reflection on what your front goal was in the first place. Which is either - to build a long-lasting business relationship, or a one-time sale? #thatisall #thanksforlistening :)
