Todays remaining Schedule is a Fun One!! 5:15 we have Muay Thai with Joe 6:15 we have a NEW Intro to UFC GYM Class taught by Curtis. In This class you will learn proper technique on Punching, Kicking, Elbows, Knees, Push Ups, Burpees, Squat Thrust, Planks and so much more - this way you will get the MOST out of every workout!! 6:30 is Beginner Sparring with Joe. Make sure you AT LEAST have a Mouthguard (Men should have a protective cup as well) 7:45 Kickboxing with Curtis. Cant say we dont have enough classes for you here - so be sure you are out of excuses!
