Todays status is dedicated to my dear friend, Dr. Charlotte Milazzo, DVM. Her Corvette was recovering at the same dealership wed dropped our car off at on Monday (and hadnt heard a word from/couldnt get to return our calls). She went in to pick up her Vette, told her service guy about our tale of woe and now we have a FREE rental car (indefinitely, since they also have to fix the ignition switch on our Saturn because of the massive recall).
