Todays training: 1 hour 20 min. max heartbeat 179, average 134, 900 kcal losing..first 40 min.intensive functional training(=fustra) and rest Taekwon-do training. In one month trainings losing 1.5 kg body weight but get over 2.0 kg muscles mass more..also most big change in one month training has been that fat % has come almost 5 % down in 4 weeks..now i am ready to this summer next step.: pattern tong-il..(and all other patterns too)..and make myself ready to GrandMaster seminar after summer...
