Todays view from the porch: Ladies.. If youre tall, short, thin, fat, curvy, flat, white, black, red fish, blue fish, one fish, two fish.. Wait, what? Im sorry, I got off topic. Ladies, whatever you are just own it and love it, because youre beautiful. Todays culture is so, so toxic for females I think. Between social media, magazines, networks like lifestyle and E, the notions of the woman is always right and happy wife equals happy life. Take an objective look at all these things and tell me if you think its hurting or empowering your gender or your interactions with the opposite gender. true gender equality and women not falling victim to a system, that takes advantage of insecurity, etc. for profit. are important to me. One of exs had body issues (what girl doesnt though, hence the main reason for this post) and personally, I couldnt understand it.. She wont believe me but I honestly would of chose her over a girl like Kate Beckinsale. Because she had such beautiful aspects about her that transcended the bullshit that we are fed in modern culture of what beauty is. If you dont agree that our current culture is attributed to modern mental illnesses, ask yourself, did anorexia and bulimia exist on the Oregon trail?!
