Todays word, boys and girls, is should. This word is a tricky one. We often times have these ideals that we believe should be the norm. People should be a certain way; my boyfriend should do this or that; that girl shouldnt say or do that; but my question is, says who? My truth and your truth are not the same as everyone elses truth. You dont know what is or has been going on in that persons life. Their beliefs and views and experiences are completely different and unknown to you. Love them for who they are, for what they say, for how they act. Smile at them even when you dont agree. Should is used to express obligation, duty, and expectations. Nobody is obligated to think like you, and thats ok! ;)
