Todays workout: Barbell Rows from the floor Inspired by: Arnold Schwarzenegger Goal: Build Massive Back, Build Bench Press, Build core strength, develop the lower back, build balance Not for: 1. People who use machines to skate out of man exercises. 2. People who dont want gains How to: 1. Load the weight onto a standard Olympic bar on the floor 2. Position your feet shoulder width apart with the bar over the middle of your foot 3. Bend over and Position your hands roughly at the same place that you would for a bench press (you can open your grip up as you advance) 4. Ensure that you have a slight bend in your knees and place your head in a neutral position. (You should be looking down at the floor in front of you) 5.
