Todays workout consisted of: 200 squats 150 calve lifts 85 Push ups 100 double crunches 20 reverse crunches 100 crunches 50 diamond crunches 40 scissor kicks 20 floor bridges 100 oblique crunches 30 Leg lifts 50 Bicycle crunches 50 Lunges 50 Jumping jacks 100 side Leg kicks 100 side leg lifts 60 hamstring curls And Michael just sat back and watched as I did it all. He also thinks I am doing too much. I tell him I am committed to getting in better shape.
