Today’s CDC report underscores that fighting the spread of #Ebola must be a global priority and demands an all hands on deck effort. My Energy and Commerce Committee continues to closely monitor the ongoing outbreak and response and we remain gravely concerned with Ebola’s continued spread in Africa and the potential for what CDC describes as a worst-case scenario. We remain in regular communication with the CDC and global health organizations to ensure we are taking all necessary steps to avert this worst-case scenario, ensure that containment and prevention efforts are effective, and protect the public health and safety of all Americans.
