Today’s P & W thought: Jesus You are the Centre of My Joy As we all know our hospitals are full right now, our prisons are just the same…full, roads are littered with poor people, we have friends and family members who are really having a rough time and arent feeling the Christmas joy. My dear friend, you too might be feeling sad this Christmas Season, but I want you to know that you are not alone and it is ok! Christmas is not about Christmas parties and fellowship with family and friends, it is not about gifts under the Christmas tree or even being happy, it is about remembering why our Lord came to this world - to bring us salvation. A lot of people feel pressured during the Christmas season to be happy and joyful because that is what the Commercial Corporate world wants you to be. They portray families all getting along spending Christmas all together happily ever after; but that is simply not the norm! Every family has its problems. The Christmas Joy is not found in material gifts my friend, it is found in the greatest gift ever given - Jesus Christ! Joy and Happiness are two different things. Joy comes from the inside where we have a peace that only Christ can bring - it is Christs presence in our lives. Know that true Joy comes from knowing that our Savior Jesus Christ is with you and promises never to leave you nor forsake you; that He will fill your soul with a peace that only He can give. So if you are feeling sad, I pray you feel the loving arms of your savior Jesus Christ around you this Christmas season and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. Jesus you are the centre of my joy, all that is good and perfect comes from you…Hallelujah! 1 Thess 2:19 - For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you? Have a Woooooow Wednesday my dear friends…
