Toledo’s German-American Hour radio show, a tradition on Toledo radio for over 60 years, announces its annual Christmas show: “Weihnachts-Special” on Sunday, December 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The special will include both traditional and new German Christmas carols and will be presented without commercial interruption. Hosted by Jack Renz & Tim Pecsenye, the German-American Hour includes all genres of German, Swiss & Austrian music from previous times to today’s hits! Plus announcements of events in the German and Swiss community, German “Word of the Week”, soccer scores and standings and a periodic cooking segment. The show has been on Toledo airwaves for over 60 years, although it has recently expanded to two hours! The Weihnachts-Special is aired through the courtesy of: Arturo’s Fritz & Alfredo’s Restaurant, Barron’s Café, Bavarian Specialties, LLC (Frankenmuth, MI), Flick’s Package Liquor, Floral Pursuit, G.A.F.
