Tomorrow I am due to be proposing that the Minister for Health to allow 3 sick people to self medicate using cannabis, as an effective means of treatment for them. Unfortunately, the Health Minister is not budging on this issue. I rarely ask people to do this, but I feel strongly that these individuals would see an immediate improvement in their circumstances were compassion show.
