Tomorrow I leave Paris and head for Prague on the City Night Line sleeper train. I am ready to go. I love Paris and know I will visit again, but--unlike Amsterdam--it is not a place I think I would want to live. There were many things on my possibilities list I did not do. I have discovered Im past the wake-up-and-run-around-all-day-to-sights-and-museums phase of travel. Of course, I have been in Paris several times--though not for at least 25 years--and have seen all the big must sees. I discovered that what I really wanted to do on this trip was just walk around, look at stuff, listen to the sounds, smell things, take pictures, sit in sidewalk cafes, eat good food, watch the people. And that is what Ive done. Here are some more random photos of the Paris I saw.
