Tomorrow (SEPTEMBER 9, 2013) will be the day I will definitely remember for the rest of my life – my band Relicseed is invited to play in front of His Holiness Dalai Lama at the beginning of His public lecture “The culture of compassion” in Arena Riga. Choosing words carefully here it is more than an extreme honor to be a part of this kind of event and to be accepted to share space together with this Man. I invite each and every one of you (tomorrow`s visitors – at least during these 45 minutes) – try to stand beyond all numbers, figures, banknotes, careers and whatever you consider as the spine of a successful and happy life. Eat art, not each other. Share love, not arrogance. Breathe passion for something you do your best instead of spitting in other`s eyes for your own failure sake. Talk to each other and make the difference not every single day, but every single moment. I really wish you to have this ability and opportunity. This is my part of it – we are responsible for who we are, how we act, how we communicate, what we do and what we do not. We create our own world inside our minds and deliver it to the rest of the world through our own lives. We – each and every one of us – are responsible for the world we see around us further or closer. It is us who build or destroy the most valuable essence of mankind – relationship. We may see whatever we want in front of ourselves but in the end it is nothing else but relationship. Your relationship with yourself.
