Tomorrow as many of you know, Complete Martial Arts will be having our next Womens Self-Defense Seminar. Many ladies have RSVP to attend and others are making sure that their schedules are clear. I want to make a personal challenge to everyone that knows about the seminar though. Make it a point to attend this. Bring yourself and one person with you. Age is not a factor and neither is physical limitation. We have all seen on television about the Ray Rice incident. That is one of many situation that self defense would have been a huge benefit.
