Tomorrow is Maundy Thursday, the beginning of the Easter Triduum: Three days. Seventy-two hours and their immediate aftermath. This is the center of the story, the source from which all else flows, as well as the great ocean into which all things eventually are gathered. The Liturgy of the Three Days is the most dramatic of all the liturgies of the year, not only in its intensity but also in its form.
