Warren posts a smattering of secrets weekly on postsecret, the world’s largest ad-free blog. Warren also is an active advocate and volunteer for 1(800) SUICIDE hotline. PostSecret and Warren have received a special award from the National Mental Health Association for raising awareness and over $1 million toward suicide prevention.
