Tomorrow is a special day. Four years ago, my life and home changed. It was the early onset of Winter, with snow and icy roads and a dusty old house with a leaf-clogged yard. It is also the sweetest home I have ever lived in and continues to be my favorite place. Driving to the Bonneville County Courthouse was an adventure. We had cleared and cleaned and hacked and hewed and otherwise prepared a nest in which to live. A few days previously we visited the pawn shop to acquire the simple gold bands that we would exchange and treasure. I gratefully accepted my soon to be sister-in-law Gaylene Kers assistance in preparing my dress and make-up in the courthouse restroom. We vowed that day and continue to honor those vows every day. I love David, our marriage and our life together.
