Tomorrow is not promise James 4:13,14 Come now, you who say, Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, and spend a year there and engage in business and make a profit. Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away. (James 4:13-14 NASB) Time is short and we need to make the most of our time. Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. (Ephesians 5:15-17 NASB) The first and most importantly we must get right with God. 1.Tomorrow is not promise so we must make sure we are saved. And working together with Him, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain- for He says, A T THE ACCEPTABLE TIME I LISTENED TO YOU, A ND ON THE DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU. Behold, now is THE ACCEPTABLE TIME, behold, now is THE DAY OF SALVATION - (2 Corinthians 6:1-2 NASB) 2. Tomorrow is not promise to you so lets be glad in it. This is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalms 118:24 NASB) What ever happens to you its because God is allowing it to happen. And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28 NASB) 3. Tomorrow is not promise to you so we must do all we do as unto the lord. Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve. For he who does wrong will receive the consequences of the wrong which he has done, and that without partiality. (Colossians 3:23-25 NASB) A. In serving B. In cooking C. In cleaning In ALL we do, do as unto the Lord. D. In your prayer life 4. Tomorrow is not promise to you to stay the same. Ps 51:12Restore to me the joy of Your salvation And sustain me with a willing spirit.
