Tomorrow is one my favorite days of the year. This year I am hosting Noche Buena in my house with my family and friends. Ive been prepping all week and now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. cocktail hour coconut shrimp with apricot horseradish dipping sauce hummus baba ganoush stuffed grape leaves marinated kalamata olives marinated feta cheese with sundried tomatoes assorted sausages assorted cheeses pita chips / assorted crackers dinner menu wedge salad with spicy pecans & blue cheese crab bisque with cauliflower & brie fig-glazed pecan-stuffed pork tenderloin havana pescado (corvina fish marinated in Caribbean flavor) garlicky green beans with almonds potato-artichoke gratin Everyone please have a great holiday season and if we dont speak often I assure you all that you are in my thoughts from time to time!!
