Tomorrow is our START DAY! I have noticed that many of us in the group are trying to get back on track to a healthier life style. Just by us acknowledging this we have to realize that it is difficult for most people to stay focused on being healthy. Many of us are parents, planning meals requires effort, and finding time to workout seems impossible on some days. You will find along the way some things you are good at and some things you are not. I love planning meals, drinking my water, but managing my workouts is my tough spot. My schedule with my kids and my business is all over the place. I had to have a goal in mind in order to workout. Her are my goals over the next 21 days. Exercise 6 days/week with NO EXCUSES! I know that after these 21 days I will have started a great habit. I will be starting small, like some of you. Just getting one foot out the door whether I walk, jog, or run. (If you notice I didnt say I was running 45 minutes, etc..). I am being realistic. I just want to get my butt out the door. What got me all started (besides my lack of energy)? A great friend of mine is a personal trainer and beach body coach, and last summer I did the INSANITY workout. I loved every bit of it. I couldnt finish it, and I still have to modify some things on it. It was great, because getting out of the house wasnt an option when Graham was napping. I will be talking more about workout ideas, healthy eating ideas, and motivation ideas. PLEASE Check in and Share!!! I will be asking this of you. It makes you accountable. And it help us.
