Tomorrow is the 27th January-a date that has been etched into the collective mindset of international Jewry as the horrors of the Holocaust started to become apparent as the first Russian Troops came to liberate Auschwitz-Birkenau, the notorious Concentration Camp/Death Camp, which saw the brutal murder of 1.5 million of our people. 70 years on we are finding that those who survived slowly but surely leaving us and taking those memories with them. The question has to be asked who will continue passing the message of the holocaust down to those who will not have the privilege of meeting these holy souls. This very difficult task has been passed onto us. The book 70 Days for 70 Years gives us 2 opportunities: The first being- an opportunity to read about experiences of those who survived and learning the messages that the holocaust teaches us. Secondly; it gives us the opportunity to learn in the merit of one of the martyrs who will not be remembered by anyone. With the book you will receive a card with the name of one of our people who was murdered. You will learn a little about them and be able to learn or act in their memory.
