Tomorrow is the first day of the Kingston Seniors Festival. This is a great opportunity for seniors to find out more about their own community or to introduce some friends to the best of our region. Running throughout October and featuring activities as diverse as line dancing, badminton and armchair meditation, the Kingston Seniors Festival has something for everyone.
