Tomorrow is the second of three leading change programs Im running for an infrastructure company across a couple of states. Im seeking accreditation in a fantastic Leading Change Simulator developed by Experience Point who are a Canadian company. The participants are senior leaders in their organisation and have responsibilities across a range of portfolios from operations, public affairs, finance, engineering, systems, human resources, traffic services, projects, safety to maintenance. I thought I was going to enjoy a break between university semesters and it happened that this opportunity fell right at that time! So, no rest for the wicked or for me for that matter. Im feeling great that Im strengthening my language around change process and have learned a strong framework for something that I was more often than not intuitively knowing! If your organisation needs to change to either survive or thrive (or both!), there is so much you can do to make a successful transition from where you are now to where you need to be.
