Tomorrow morning 9.45am I will be teaching @ Fernwood Woonona...the emphasis will be on recognizing the pull of energies in our bodies and focusing on remaining grounded and light in body, even in the most challenging of postures. We will incorporate breath and balance to sustain ourselves though out our practice. Perhaps our practice could be a metaphor for the way in which we manage ourselves In the most trying of times in our lives. I look forward to seeing some familiar faces tomorrow. :)
