Tomorrow night, I will be going for a scheduled sleep evaluation - TopicsExpress

Tomorrow night, I will be going for a scheduled sleep evaluation (polysomnography). This will be the third time Ive had one of these. Its been probably eight to ten years since I had the last one. I have or once had sleep apnea. Im having severe problems now with my Bi-Pap machine. It makes me very sick (sneezing, upset stomach, runny nose, respiratory problems) every time that I use it. And so before somebody at RCCSMA (Respiratory Critical Care And Sleep Medicine Associates, Inc.) works with me to get the problem ironed out, I am going to make sure that I still have sleep apnea. I lost a lot of weight during the last year which can effect my sleep condition. And so I just want to make sure that I still have this condition before I try working with the Bi-PAP machine again. Although Im a bit antsy about going through with this (Ill be glad when its over with) And they hook your head up with all kind of wiring, etc. which takes about an hour. Ill will be entering the clinic at 8:30 PM and leaving the next morning at around 6:30 AM into freezing weather and with little sleep during this exam. All I can say about this is Ugh. I hope that I am fully prepared. I will get a complementary breakfast when the testing is concluded. I will be so happy when this is all over, with.
