Tomorrow night, Im going to see Toby Keith with my son Mike, whos just a few months home - for good now - from the Armys Wounded Warrior program in El Paso . . . okay, and in case anyone is wondering, Toby Keith is not a right-winger - he voted for Obama and has praised him in the past (I had to Google). I like this, what he said about his support for our troops: I tell people, You can be mad at me for supporting the troops, and usually the people who are, are people with enough of a strong agenda that they dont believe that another bullet should ever be fired, no matter what. So Im like, If thats your agenda, I dig it, if thats your point of view. But dont get onto me for supporting the [troops] who do go. My sentiments exactly . . . cant wait to see his show . . . !
