Tomorrow on the Dave Nemo Weekends Show, Jamie Lynn and I will be talking about state and federal laws and what they can and should accomplish. Sometimes one or the other or both can reach too far. It can make you question the extent of the freedom we seemingly enjoy. Florida recently passed a law making off-the-grid living illegal while California took it a step further making it illegal for you NOT to use electricity. We want to discuss with you what kind of laws you think states should be able to pass on their own, and which ones you think we should have to obey categorically. Which laws overstep their boundaries? What states are the most intrusive with their laws? What laws infringe on our freedoms, and what laws do you think need an update? Especially as a driver that frequents all of the states, which laws make your life difficult traveling from state to state? Should truck drivers have their own set of laws to abide by nationally? If you could make one law that everyone HAD to obey, what would it be? I know thats a lot of questions... sorry.
