Tomorrow starts a new beginning. Waylon will take his first dose of Epidolex tomorrow morning at 8am...he is 1 of 20 kids in Ohio in this study trial...I was told today that Waylon is the 306th person in the United States to try this new medication...His nero doctor stopped in to see him and to say Thank you for being in this study...and she told Waylon he was a part of history now and told him he was helping sick kids like him get help...after that sunk in on my drive home...I couldnt help but think about all the horrible things my son has had to endure and just how blessed we have been on this journey...please continue to pray that this changes his future and gives him the relief he deserves! The attached pic is Dr.Patel on the left conducting this study trial...he is only 1 of 6 Doctors in the United States doing this trial....and Dr.Morgan(on the left) is Waylons Nero Dr...she was one of the doctors that saved his life!
