Tomorrow will mark the one week anniversary of leaving Dubai. Dubai was my home for 16 years and is an amazing place, Ive made some great memories there and been able to have amazing experiences few are fortunate enough to have. This last year has been truly phenomenal, I went to Russia, got a chance to debate at Yale university, placed second as a team and individually in Debate Dubai, rode an elephant on Christmas day, competed at YMOG in bahrain, won choir of the year with chamber choir at school, sat my GCSEs, went through the hell that is Dofe, got a high distinction for grade 7 devised performance and finally performed in outstanding shows with my drama class. Id like to thank all my friends, whether you be be from school, youth theatre, drama, Wsc, sports or other, thank you all for the fun weve had, and making my time here in dubai so spectactular. Im going to miss you guys. Also would like to apologise to anyone I cried/snotted on.
