Tomorrow will respond to yesterdays kind invitation to hunt deer in a 10 acre kettle swamp surrounded by corn fields. Edge of said swamp is behind our house about 500 feet. I can walk from our back door to the stand in about a minute or two. Had my eye on this spot for years, but the former owners did not want any hunting. New owner likes venison, but considers himself too old to hunt. I have been living right.
