Tomorrows at the Hudson Farmers Market there will be lots of goodies to take home...but Gina, has been working very hard and these are the news......... OK...lets start with the empanadas: Ricotta and spinach, its the new comer; the original beef Argentinean empanada with onion and green olives it will never go away; chicken with black beans and cheddar its the always latina-mexican mixture; feta, spinach and mushroom is the choice for the classic vegetarian . Shes been working in so many new comers; Tortilla Española is the most common gastronomic specialty found throughout Spain made with eggs, potatoes and onion; adding to the basic ingredients like Bacon or Chorizo or peppers makes the best tapas that you could have , dont forget that TEMPRANILLO and is gluten free!!!. Adopting the italian basics: Lasagna and Manicotties: vegetarian or with the best grass fed beef that she could find in our farmers market. I shouldnt forget the newest ADDITION: Shepherd s pie.....yum...yum best beef, best potatoes and best veggies, all in one......please, come to our farmers market and to the only one in HUDSON< NY... all ingredients come from our greatest hard working farmers around our area.
