Tonight Alex and I ran out of gas. I was pushing the back of the car when all of a sudden a car door bursted open and this middle aged hispanic man with tattoos started running at me from the middle of the intersection. Before I knew what was happening, he was sprinting alongside me pushing the car. When I stopped, he kept pushing the car with the hope it would start up. It didnt start, so we followed the rolling car into the nearest side street. I asked him what his name was and he said it was Eddie. After that, Eddies wife rolled up. She drove me to the closest gas station while Eddie waited with Alex. I met Eddies 3 kids in the back seat, filled up a plastic gallon, and then we drove back to the car. When we arrived, I had trouble removing all the plastic from the container, so Eddie took a look at it and then filled up the tank for me. It truly warmed my heart that Eddie and his wife would do all this for me- someone they will probably never see again. SO cool! It really, really touched me. Thank you Eddie and Mrs. Eddie!!!
