Tonight Commissioners presented several proclamations and certificates recognizing members of the community. Highlights include Tyler Gwynn of Allatoona High School named Cobb County School District Teacher of the Year for 2014-2015; Keep Cobb Beautiful on their 30th anniversary; East Cobb Business Association (ECBA) for their efforts to show their appreciation for the public safety personnel in East Cobb;a proclamation designating the week of October 6-12, 2014 as Public Safety Appreciation Week in Cobb County; a certificate of recognition to Reverend Thomas Augustine Reilly of St. Anns Church in honor of his over 50 years of ministry.
