Tonight I had it all. After a long day at work accomplishing tasks, we all went out to dinner as a family. And know what? It wasnt that bad. Spills were at a minimum, the belches were at a reasonable volume, and no fighting. I actually digested my food and didnt inhale it a la prison cafeteria style. As we went on our first trip to the store since the Wal-Mart Hag, I was nervous but displayed a confident smile as the children behaved so-so and I maneuvered through the aisles. I worked my exercise in while each child completed their homework next to me then finished off the night with a round of Mommy\Daughter yoga and tear free bedtimes. This is surely some freak aligning of the stars and probably wont happen for another decade but tonight Im off to sip on a nice glass of Mio water, watch my Chicago Cubs hopefully bring home a W and bask in the after glow of this wonderful Wednesday.
