Tonight I managed to cook the shityest meal ever. It didnt start out that way. It was suppose to be sweet coconut chicken tenders with spicy sambal pineapple dipping sauce on Asian salad. Sounds great. The salad was just vegetables. No dressing or crunchy bits. And it was a week out if date. Ok. I use ginger sesame dressing. Except its marinade. Add water. Yuck. No eggs to dip chicken. Coconut falls off. Burn dipping sauce so use spicy cocktail sauce for shrimp. Whatever. I am married to the best man ever. I love you Cecil Hammonds He ate it all.
