Tonight I rustled up a cheeky pesto with a twist and I had it with pasta, cherry tomatoes, chicken and green beans, it was awesome! Here is the recipe for the pesto with a twist, its super quick and easy to make and tastes amazing! Ingredients: Bunch of basil Juice of 1 lemon 2 cloves garlic 50g almonds 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil 50g Parmesan 4tbsp water Method: Chuck all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until all the ingredients are nice and chopped up. Yup its really that easy. Serve with pasta on its own or add some veggies and chicken like I did...its a taste sensation.
