Tonight I stayed on a bit after work. Phil was working and I was at a bit of a loose end .. the house is strange without my wee pal Saffy and now that Phil is back at work its really noticeable. I just didnt want to go home alone .....so....... I took a deep breath and started on binning old stuff - it was amazing what I found old letters from Grace and notes from my mum and dad, pictures Grace drew for me over the years ...I kept all of them - but I have tossed out millions of old letter styles ... 2 huge volumes which came with me in 1996 - old books of instructions for just about everything ..some for well defunct acts ..... those that know me will know that this was a big step for me - I have decided to stop being a hoarder .. but its really hard... paper instructions are like a security blanket .. it will take a while but its a work in progress ...and its a start :) x
