Tonight, I was escorted by my wonderful Husband, Jason Johnson, my beautiful daughter, Kaylee Marie James, and my hero, Aiden Johnson to the Kosair Childrens Hospital BMW - Raffle House ribbon cutting ceremony in Norton Commons. As always, the staff was so excited to see us present, and once again found a way to include Aiden in the program; he along with a few other children were selected to cut the ribbon to the house. It was pretty cool. The Childrens Hospital Foundation also recognized a few people for their support of the hospital. Proudly, I received one of them! Now, the plate may say Gena Johnson, BUT everyone who is or has ever been involved in supporting Aidens Lego Legacy is the recipient of this award. Because without your support, Aidens Lego Legacy would not have grown to where we are today. So from the bottom of my heart, I cannot express how THANKFUL and so APPRECIATIVE I am for each and every one of you.
