Tonight I was late finishing work so that made me late to Irvinebank. Many thanks to the ladies who could make it to training, I offer my apologies again. I have to give praise to Tahlia for your effort on the "Focus Mitts". Tamara, you said you could not do "Burpies" yet I counted you performing them as best you could. AWSOME, I am proud of you for that effort. Mel, you smashed the focus mitts & Muh Tai Knees. Donna you just continue to impress as you get stronger, one legged jiggy while stretching. Hargh you would have fallen over 3 months ago trying to do that. Bret you are just the quiet achiever continually improving and come Thursday we will see just who has been practicing what and who improves. I have to say that the more that you perform an activity the stronger you become at it, the stronger you become at it the easier it becomes, the easier that activity becomes to you the more you begin to look for a more difficult challenge & that means weight loss, size decrease, improved fitness & strength & greater health. So if you are performing "BURPIES" in a step by step manner then eventually you will be able to perform them fluently with ease. Remember a Baby crawls for a long time before it stands and learns to walk & it falls many times before success is achieved. We may not be babies anymore but we will falter many times before we achieve our goals. It is how much you desire to achieve those goals that really sets the challenge difficulty. The best thing for me about travelling to Irvinebank now is to listen to you all talk to each other about how your clothes are loose on you all and how you are between sizes in your clothes or how you are wearing clothes that you have not worn in years.
