Tonight I would like to introduce to you, the first of the corner stones of Smoking Monkey Pizza. Not only is Nick (Salami Samurai) Jones, the aspiring chef and artist behind the beautifully arranged pear salad you eat when you come into Smoking Monkey Pizza, he is also an actual master swordsman trained on the isolated Pacific Island, Hokkaido. However, when hes is not spending his time in deep meditation, contemplating the universe, and achieving inner peace, he enjoys the joys of cooking for friends and family-the only true inner peace one could really ever hope for.
