Tonight, among other things, I tried to make two little Rÿchers happy. I ventured forth from the bowels of backstage to rock out with Christian Wentz, and noticed a little girl in front. It was the end of the show so I got up there and told her dad to lift her up because Mike Savoia was going to take the customary crowd photo. Well, we got Scotts attention and he handed her a drumstick. She was thrilled. I told her dad that if he stuck around for a bit, I would try to get a guitar pick for her brother. These kids were probably like 8 and 10. Soooo I start running all over hell and creation on my quest for a pick. Parker didnt have any sig picks so he managed to track down the LAST ONE of Michaels sig picks for me. I grab it and run. Meanwhile security is stopping me at every possible turn every damn time they see me. Nazis. And I went through the entire place looking for those kids and their dad...and never found them. :( I felt so bad. If anyone knows who they are, let me know. Little girl had a cool hat that the band signed, dad was either bald or very close shaved head. They were at the very front, near Parker. I have the pick so... On the off-chance that anyone knows them, Ill save it.
