Was a killer, that has got to be the best class I have done.. Still in agony today but its all good xxx Alice Blokland Omg!!! Kettlecise followed by Metafit was the hardest combined work out that I Have ever done!! However I also feel great and cant wait to do it again!!!!!! Roll on next class!!! Cassandra Hesky So week two at kettlecise and metafit.....and I have to say I did find kettlecise a little easier by about 0.1%.......... Metafit on the other hand was even harder probably by about 99.9% haha. But saying that when youve done it, its amazing how great you feel
