Tonight at Hibbleton Gallery we continue our Ingmar Bergman retrospective with Persona” (1966), a film about two women who perform a mysterious spiritual and emotional transference that would make the radical “Persona” one of the most written about films in cinema history. By the mid-sixties, Ingmar Bergman had already made many of the cinema’s most unforgettable films, but with “Persona”, this supreme artist attained new levels of visual poetry. Introduction by series curator Steve Elkins and discussion following screening. 7:30pm. FREE! https://facebook/events/527508494042203/
