Tonight at midnight I am going to get Whataburger and ice cream, putting a cap on my "no cheat" month. It was not all that hard. I eat clean 5-6 days a week anyway, I will continue those eating habits indefinitely. I believe that I will do the Ab-Challenge this month and try to run 10-15 miles per week as well. Along with a little more concentration on my back, pecs and butt!!! I have enjoyed everything I have ever done in my fitness and it pays me back in dividends that I could not have forseen. I only post this to let others know that they can do it too!!! Just take the time to do something every day, walk, run or whatever, then adjust what you eat for greater success. I look forward to hearing from all of you and your stories of progress!!!
