Tonight at the Villa it’s Italian Chicken Noodle Soup night. This is not the chicken noodle soup you’re used too. This is Chef Shams secret recipe. If you like soup you will love this. For entrees tonight it’s: Lamb Shank with a White Wine Rosemary Demi Glace. Rack of Lamb marinated and grilled to perfection. Sword Fish in a White Wine Pine Nuts, Raisins, sweet and sour sauce. Sword fish is a mild flavor with a full body texture. Definitely something to try. Tuna and grilled shrimp in a White Wine Garlic Sauce. Also, if your a steak lover (this is on the menu every night) Chef Sham hand cut some beautiful filet mignons. The nicest we’ve seen in quite a while. You can cut them with a table knife. Grilled to perfection in either the Gaetano sauce or the pepe sauce. You’ll travel far and wide to find a better steak. It’s spinach night tonight. If mom had made spinach like this we would all look like Popeye! The patio was perfect last night and is heading the same way tonight.
